Let me repeat: "It's not where you coach, it's why you coach."

Some of the absolute best teachers of the game of basketball are on the high school level. They are excelling in their craft for pennies on the hour because of their love of the game and because they care about their players.

Another level of some great coaching is on the small college level...NAIA, Division II and Division III. Still more examples of coaches who get paid far less than those of us on the BCS level. Yet they are passionate about their program and have developed players and teams at the highest of levels. They don't have to be on ESPN Big Monday to do what they do and to do it well.

And of course, the biggest and best example: Coach Meyer!
