We win and lose together.
The best was I can describe collective responsibility is to point to a scoreboard. At any point in the game, when you look of there, there is no one individual’s name. Instead, it shows the team name: Duke, the Chicago Bulls, the USA.
Blame is a destructive force within a group and has no place in the locker room of a true team. When somebody does something well, we all do it well. When somebody makes a mistake, we all make the mistake.
